WEDDING PRICING & AVAILABILITY

At the Flyway Lodge, we know that your big day should be a joyful and stress-free celebration of your unique love story. This is how we help ensure the most memorable wedding you can imagine: 

-Site rental for setup begins Friday at noon. This allows you time to bring in your personalized decor and setup the Bridal Wing.  

-Site rental concludes Sunday at 11 am. This provides you with a worry-free reception and allows you to relax and know that your personal belongings do not have to be packed up right after the reception.  

-Twenty 4x8 tables, Ten 5' round tables and 200 cherry resin chairs provided

-Planning services beginning in 2023 to make sure every little detail is perfect! 

-9 wine barrels with tops for use as decor and/or cocktail tables

-Free use of basic decor collection (vases, easels, cake stands, crates, wagons, antique couch, signs, etc.)

-Two hour use of the property for engagement, bridal or boudoir photo shoot

-Three strands of Edison bulbs across the courtyard, four chandeliers in the Carriage House, six porch lights, two uplights, and two sets of string lights

-We permit outside alcohol and the use of any licensed, insured vendors

-40'x 40'  brick paved dance floor

-Climate controlled Bridal Suite and air conditioned Groom Room
